Due to ongoing construction work, drivers cannot park and wait at the terminal. After collecting your luggage and entering the Arrivals Hall, please contact your driver. Allow approximately 5–10 minutes for your driver to reach the pick-up area. Follow the signs for Priority Pick-Up towards the car park. Your driver will meet you at one of the designated pick-up zones (1, 2, 3 or 4) and confirm the exact zone with you.

The first 30 minutes of airport pickup waiting are included, including the initial parking allowance. Extra waiting or parking may incur charges under the booking terms.
Check space for everyone
Passengers, large cases, cabin bags and pushchairs all affect suitability. Review vehicle and luggage capacities in the quote before booking.
Your pickup time is the time you booked, not the moment your flight touches down.
Allow enough time after landing for immigration, baggage and the walk to Arrivals. If you are running late or ready early, contact your driver or support using your booking details.

How much time should I allow after landing at Heathrow?
Allow enough time after landing for the aircraft to reach the stand,
passengers to disembark, passport control where applicable, baggage
collection and customs. The best pickup time depends on your flight
and travel circumstances, so avoid selecting a collection time that
leaves too little time to reach the arrivals hall.
Which vehicle should I book for a Heathrow journey with luggage?

has its own pickup date, time and journey details. Where the return leg
is an airport pickup, provide the relevant flight information as well.
Will my Heathrow driver contact me?
Driver and vehicle information is normally provided before the journey.
The driver may also contact you where appropriate, particularly for an
airport collection. Keep the passenger telephone number supplied with
the booking available on the day of travel.
What should I do if I cannot find my driver at Heathrow?
Check your phone for calls or messages and make sure you are at the
meeting point supplied for your terminal. If you still cannot locate
the driver, contact the driver first where their details have been
provided, or contact our support team. Please do not leave the airport without contacting us.
